Hi, I'm a 28 year old female from the UK. I've suffered from anxiety (and depression) on and off for several years. A lot of my issues are to do with constant overthinking and worrying, along with anxiety regarding a need to achieve and fear of the future.

Am on here really just to get advice and meet other people in the same boat :)
