Freaking out over a pimple...? Really?

So on a long drive today and felt a bump on th back of my head just above my neck under the hair. I felt pretty sure it was a pimple but it was bigger than I would have expected. It was roughly the diameternof my thumb nail. It was slightly tender but seems so much bigger than normal. You folks get them under your hair that big?

Not sure why I can't be at peace but little things like this really seem to be getting me lately.

Knowing what this is, do you think that posting this on two anxiety forums will truly alleviate your worry over a pimple?
