weird eye pain

This started yesterday. I have weird eye pain when moving my eyes to the side . Has anyone had this? Is this eye strain, or should I see an eye doctor right away. I'm sure I've had this before (years ago when I was not anxious!).

It's probably just tense eye muscles, the eyes can be affected just like any other part of the body. If you use a computer screen or any other type of screen, the light produced by them can make your eyes tired and this will affect the muscles that control them. Actually, I've just tried that sideways eye movement and it hurt like hell, won't be doing that again in a hurry lol!

It could be a stye.
I've had it a few times. When I move my eye left or right it feels like the actual eyeball is hurting. And by the next day I'll have a stye somewhere under my eyelid. But they go away in a week or so. They're just painful in the beginning.
