Just saying hello cause God do I need help.
I'm all alone trying to cope with GAD, panic attacks, anxiety and depression.
On 30mg Mertazapine and 15mg Preganabil
I have no job but just had an ESA assessment and guess what?
I'm fit for work.... NOT.
What the hell do I do?
Anyway..

Hi t_revs and :welcome: aboard I too suffer from very bad depression and iam also very alone and currently not on any meds for personal reasons but it's hard m8 and feel your pain ,if you want to pm for a chat feel free to do so you will get support here we are a friendly bunch too :) cheers
