Thigh/pelvic cramping aches

Hi I was after a bit of advice please earlier on about teatime I started getting a cramping feeling in my very low pelvic/groin area on left side which is making my left thigh feel the same cramping aches in it I feel very anxious about it I do have IBS but not sure if that can cause the thigh aches and I am about 10 days off starting my period just clutching at straws really I just no I am very worried my health anxiety is sky high at the minute and every symptom aches pains are just making me feel so anxious, it's just a uncomfortable cramping aches that's the only way I can describe the pain.thanks.

Hi Toria, I too have a leg ache at the moment. I have not let myself google though and instead accepted it's probably, and hopefully, because of the cold weather. Sounds odd but a few others I know have same issues. Mine is just at the back of my knee and feels tender but only if I press on it. Hope you feel better soon :)
