heart worries can tottaly aggree

Been to hospotial 8 times all tests fine been to my GP who says I suffer acute anxiety .when I panic I take a pain in heart or area this sends me in total panic and run to hospotial totaly agree with all made me a prisioner in on home stop going places like to hear from others rodds

Did the same thing to me.. my anxiety made me not want to hang out with friends anymore as i'd be embarrassed if i went into a panic attack, or i'd be worried no one around me would know how to save my life if i dropped dead or had a heart attack. i completely understand what you're going through. it's completely taken over my life...

I also went to the ER a few times where i was hooked up to an ECG and they took blood from me and every time , came back normal with doctors telling me i need to calm down.
