Weak arms and legs

Anybody else get weak and kind of restless arms and legs, hard to explain, just a strange feeling. Knees feel like jelly and tingly sometimes, the whole thing can last for hours.
This is not connected with an actual Panic Attack, is it GAD?

Yes! I get this often without having high anxiety (fast heart etc) it's part of GAD for sure.

I've been out tonight felt great, had a better day, and just noticed legs and arms feel weird now! Just when you think things are getting better

Hi, iv had weird weak arms n legs for a week! I can feel weird sensations like little twitches too.

yes, I get this mostly in my left arm. I think I hold tension in it... I sometimes think I have "restless arm syndrome". Also feels tingly/achy/weak sometimes.

Thanks guys, sounds like its Anxiety related, it was a new symptom for me so it was kind of fuelling my anxiety
