Pain and fatigue.

How can anxiety make you feel so shattered, i am struggling to get up and then when i do i haven't the energy to do anything. I keep having sweats and feeling sick. I can't stop thinking it's all connected to the back/front ache i have had for about 5/6 weeks that i seemed to get after having food poisoning.
