So everytime I stand up I get a little dizzy and a headache for a few minutes, I (and just overall headaches) stupidly looked it up because I'm thinking I'm iron deficient and it said you can get some condition that makes you dizzy when you stand from heart disease or diabetes and now I'm really scared because I've been pretty bad sugar wise this past week or over and I know looking up other symptoms is not a good idea and I have my side which I just terrified is my pancreas, so I'm just really panicking right now
