I feel like my lungs are drowning or i am breathing through sludge. It's really scaring me and i feel shattered.

It' probably best to go see a doctor straight away, it could be an onset of oedema or maybe pneumonia or what not. Just because one has a problem, and feel anxiety over it, it doesn't have to be caused by something anxiety-related. Then write us back and tell what happened.

Had my oxygen levels checked, blood pressure, she listened and tapped my lungs and chest and did my bloods and all were fine. I am struggling with it bad again today.
