scared of low heart rate due to fitbit

I am out of my mind with fear and anxiety right now! I just got a fit bit. It says my heart rate is in the 60's when I'm call (Until yesterday-- I checked and it said 55, then 52!) I was really anxious yesterday. Can that cause a low heart rate? Now i'm worried about heart failure.

That's actually the resting heartbeat of someone who is very fit.

Heart failure is in no way related to heart-rate. There is no direct correlation.

But i'm not fit! I'm using active with my 5 year old, and I walk a few times a week, but am no means fit. I'm a normal size gal, -- 37 year old female. I hope you are right! I put away the fitbit!!

Wish my resting heart rate was that lol....my partners is usually 60, I don't know how accurate these fit bits are tho??
