Feeling quite anxious but if i do something constructive i feel better so did some weights and made a healthy smoothie. Sharing the recipe and it tasted better than it sounds :wink: banana. Frozen spinach. Pea protein. Barley grass powder. Sunflower seeds. Peanut butter. Soya milk. Apple. Porridge oats. Eat healthy does help.:)
