2 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer I got over it and thought that was the end. It all of sudden I get the slightest cold or ache and I google everything in the last few months I've had every possible illness that you can think of at some point I constantly feel dizzy and weak and on top of that my heart is constantly pounding it beats so hard I can hear it and feel it throughout my body I just don't feel like me anymore I've had about 6 ecgs in the last month due to chest pain and bloods that all come back ok I just want to feel normal again can anxiety really cause all this????
