Holiday Cheer

Hi everyone -

It's been a few months since my last post. Things have become quite stable for me and I have much to be thankful this holiday season in particular. Clawing out of what was the worst episode of GAD & Depression I've ever had is definitely something to celebrate.

I just wanted to stop and and give some words of encouragement to those of you that are suffering. I cannot express how much I feel for you and your journey. I truly wish you all the very best and hope for bright, lively days ahead for you and your loved ones.

Be good to yourself, be good to others. You're worth it. You always have been and always will be. Much love to you all and happy holidays.

Wow! Thanks for all the nice notes back.

This board meant everything to me last Spring/Summer. I feel fortunate to have been healthy now for a minute and to have had such thoughtful folks like you all in my corner.

May peace find you all. It's there; you just have to find it.
