Hello from me

Hi I came here a few days ago posting about a health scare. Which in some ways was less thankfully than I imagined.

I suffer with anxiety now the past 3 years or so. It can be so draining :(

Up until early this year I also went through quite severe depression for a number of years, but I think now that I have under control and have been fighting it all the way. Generally dont feel great about myself. But know im not a bad person.


Just wanted to say hello and that I have been reading through some of the topics here and different issues people face.
