Huge panic red spots, bit of rash in various places

So today I'm terrified :(, I've had this for a while I think but really focussed on it today it's on the top of my arms like little red spots or marks, on my shoulders it's a bit red on both sides had this a while when I push on it does dissapeaer and come back. And on my face and upper chest had upper chest for a long time it won't go it's a bit red around my nose etc :( and on my neck with my face and neck I do pop spots really need to stop but I doubt it's from that.

Did a google petatchie something like that leukaemia! Or blood cancer I'm absolutely terrified :(

If it goes away when you press on it it is not petechie! There are many other symptoms of leukemia that you would notice too... my skin does all sorts of weird things. Have you changed soap, shampoo, laundry detergent? My skin gets sensitive when I am anxious, maybe that's what's going on...

Be reassured though that petechie does not turn white or disappear when you touch it!!

Is it itchy at all? I get this on the tops of my arms and it's itchy and bumpy
