View Full Version : sweating.
As soon has i do anything physical i sweat and feel awful. I can't stop thinking it's all related to the left side back pain. Just had all bloods done and all ok, oxygen levels checked, blood pressure checked, chest listened to. I feel shattered all day every day.
Most people sweat when they do something physical. I'd venture to say ALL people do :)
Just phoned my drs about bloods i had done on wednesday and they were all fine. Full blood count, liver, kidneys, inflamation, thyroid all ok.
Positive thoughts
fatigue and sweating after mild physical activity can be overcome by regular exercise, and a .healthy diet
But why is this happening just the last few months, i didn't before ever.
well, if you're not very active, and eating junk food a lot .
your body gets into a "comfort zone"
over time the threshold gets lower, and lactic acid is released quicker causing fatigue
your heart and lungs get used to the easy life,
and you're body just gets well.. lazy
I keep thinking it's my lung with having a left side back ache for a few months but the dr checked my oxygen levels and listened to my chest and lungs.
if doctor has examined you and didn't find any restriction
then you should take comfort in that.
if they were in the least concerned they would have opted for chest X-ray
I know i just can't get it out of my head because i feel so crap.

Legitimate question: In the years you've had health fears, has any of them been diagnosed as something serious?
Positive thoughts
No but i feel different and worse this time. I just want to feel ok and then when i try and do something i sweat and feel so ill so it reinforces something is wrong in my head.
the comforting. and logical answers you'll get on here will only get you so far.
why not pop down to your local leisure centre, there are staff on hand there
who can give you advice on nutrition and how to increase stamina.
it might help take your mind off the worrying too.
