Hi, I don't know whether I am allowed to post this or not, so admim please delete if not allowed. I thought I would post a link to my blog about anxiety. I have been writing it sporadically for a year or so but nobody really reads it. It's just me going on about my own stuff really, pretty self indulgent I know, but it does help me to write it down.

Thanks guys, I wrote it for myself first and foremost but I also thought it would be good to share with others who have been through similar. It can feel very lonely having HA sometimes, I can't even speak to my own family about it so connecting with people online is really important for me.
