i have panic attacks with a pain in heart

I have been to hospital 8times all ekg bloods chest axrays clear driving me mad any one had similar rodds

Here been to the ER so much
My chest feels like it's being squeezed heart palps tachycardia and at times like something Is in my chest moving around
