Can this be anxiety?

Sounds weird but it happends and it's worrying me, when I get into the bath and lay in there i notice that I get red blobs under my skin, like a rash or something. They appear anywhere and everywhere. Then when I leave the bath they go.

Can this be my anxiety disorder ?

Your body gets warm/hot.

Your blood goes to the surface of the skin as a way of maintaining internal temperature.

The opposite is your hands going white when cold. The blood goes to the internal organs instead to preserve heat.
