. I'm suffering at the minute of really bad weakness in my hands it's so hard to explain it's like when I go to lift something it feels weird like numbness and it feels like I'm going to just be paralysed any minute 😓 I have only ever suffered from complete body numbness 3 times and the first time I went to hospital freaking out didn't know what was going in was terrible. And then yesterday my whole body went numb but I got through it on my own thank god. But I can't stop thinking about the feeling in my hands now I feel like just curling into a ball and crying I'm so scared. I can cope with a lot of panic attack symptoms but this feeling just scares the s**t outa me 😕😭 please anyone that has experienced this help me please 🙁st.
