Intro to me

Hi all

Am new to NMP I've always had bad anxiety but up until a few months ago it's always had a trigger. I have now (since last wednesday) a diagnosis of GAD and OCD. I am now on sertraline and a short time course of diazepam so now I am navigating the mine field of getting used to the sertraline which is proving an interesting journey so far
