Morning to you all today i am going for a session of.

Massage,Reiki ,And Relaxation Training can anyone tell me if they have tryed this before and will i benafit from this any addvice would be great please?????:) :) :)

Hi Hogwarts, i've had massage, never had Reiki, have also had reflexology which I found very helpful. Relaxation training is great for me - even if it's just listening to some good CDs.

Thanks for this Jo i hope it will help me been a bit stressed lately. Icost £20 an hour do you think this is reasonable price??

I love massages.

Used to have Reiki and that cost £45 per session so you are getting a bargain there.

I haven't had any of the above.

However, I've tried hypnosis, acupuncture and Shiatsu which all helped reduced my anxieties levels. I'm very in favour of alternative treatments.

Well i had the massage and relaxation traning i fell asleep with the massage and the relaxation training was really good.

I have to breth in from my stomoch for 5 and then out out for 8
i have to do this for 30 time 4 times a day so i hope this helps me.:) :) :)
