Back and left arm tightness fretting about my heart.

Hi all,

I've got a tight feeling in my back and my left arm can feel my heart beating in my back fell like I can't take a deep breath in that's probably anxiety as I get that a lot, anything heart related panicked me I can normally keep the panic under raps but really struggling today
