Sickness

I have been in hospital for a few dsys with my daughter as she had cellulitis of the eye,we got discharged yesterday.

Whilsts in hospital on Monday night I hadn't really ate all day just chocolate bar and crisp,I ate a microwave meal around 7 and I shot it all back up.

Ate yesterday and this morning 6:30am I've woken up to be sick again and now I'm up and down to the loo being sick,sipping water but keep feeling really nauseous.Im getting a lot of acid.

My health anxiety is kicking in and I'm thinking all sorts,please can somebody help and talk to me what could be going on

Hospitals are full of germs. You probably picked up a bug while you were there.

That's what I thought but is it normal for a bug to come and go like this?

Yes it is. Try to eat only light meals for a couple of days until your stomach can handle proper meals.
