i have health anxiety that concerns heart worries

I suffer severe health anxiety constantly thinking I have heart problem been to hospital 8 times this year ran ekgs bloods chest xray all fine .now having panic attacks in. My sleep waking up with pain in heart chest area all painicky this has given me severe depression not wanting to leave house get out of bed thanks rodds

maybe you should be checked for GERD, especially since you state waking up (lying down tends to make it worse)
