No matter what time I go to sleep, this past week i have woke at 5am and cannot for the life of me get back to sleep.
My mind starts straight away and I have to get up.
Reading online it says this is more depression?
Yet I don't have the symptoms of depression.

Is my anxiety now transforming into depression 😩😩

Obviously lack of sleep is only going to contribute to my fears and panic. I just get hold of one thing and then another one pops up. I dont want to ruin Christmas but being a sleep deprived misery!

Is early morning awakening normal with anxiety?

If you're on edge or anxious about something early awakening certainly can happen thanks to anxiety, some people find it hard to ever go to sleep but others can while constantly waking up, try some meditations, relaxing music, or asmr before bed, maybe drink a horlicks ect, that should help x
