Buzzing Sensation in Left Foot

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced a buzzing sensation in just one of their feet. For about the last week I've had a weird buzzing/vibrating type feeling on the right side of my left foot that comes and goes randomly throughout the day.

Could this be stress/anxiety playing up or is the acute nature of the symptom a sign of something else? I've had my mind on MS quite a bit because of this.

Do you exercise much?

Sounds like it could be circulatory. Like pins and needles.

I go to the gym but only for weights, no cardio.

I'm heading to the docs today to get an opinion there. Hopefully all normal.
