Tension headaches

Sorry it's me again. I'm really struggling tonight. I've got a horrible headache my whole head hurts I've taken a sinus tablet and I'm sat with a hot water bottle resting on the back of my neck but it doesn't seem to be helping much. I've googled so much about labyrithitis but none of it mentions headaches my dizzyness hasn't been to bad today but my headache and sore sinuses have been on and off so I'm wondering if that's down to tension. I'm wondering if I feel this rubbish over the next few days how I'm gonna manage to cook and enjoy Christmas with my wonderful family.

I'm starting to feel anxious that I've not got labyrithitis and it could be something serious I know I've got to nip it in the bud before my thoughts run away with me but like I said I'm struggling tonight
