Normal CT scan but different sized pupils

I just wondered if anyone can advise me on why my pupils are not the same size but my head CT scan was normal?

What exactly can a CT scan see? Cranial nerves? Eye problems?

They do dilate and constrict normally though.

I have uneven pupils and was told at the opticians it will have been an old eye injury or infection.
