intrusive thoughts?!

i made a post inthe health anxiety forum about how sometimes i get fleeting thoughts about my mom poisoning my food. but it's usually for just a second and i'm always like "that's silly" and don't really believe it. yesterday my brother moved a bit in his sleep behind me (i was at my desk) and for a second i thought he was going to shoot me. again, i didn;t believe it, but it lead me to think i was developing paranoid schiz. and it made me very anxious.

i don't experience delusions or detachment so i cant tell if this will lead to that or if this is an example of intrusive thinking!! has anyone experienced these kinds of thoughts?? im soo worried
