I fall asleep but wake up 2 hrs later tossing and turning, sweating and constant mind chatter about how I feel, if I still have back ache. Is the back ache cancer YES! NO it can't be I've had all my bloods done. Yes but what if it is!! This is what my minds like 24/7.
