A very merry christmas to all!
I know if you're browsing here and seeing this, you're not having a great holiday- but I still wish for you to have the most merry christmas you can.
I know anxiety may have you down- you believe you have disease x y or z, but I can honestly say i've been there, and what you're feelig isn't new- no- somebody has been through exactly the same and found out it was due to anxiety/ some other tame reason.
Health anxiety during the holidays is awful, but I truly, truly wish for you to take the time out of your day, instead of worrying or visiting here, to focus on the things that really matter- to wish your family a great new year- or even to eat that extra slice of cheese.
