Hi all ,

Being a new member i would like to introduce myself to you all . I have had a brief look around the forum and can relate to a lot of the symtoms /issues rasied , glad i have found the site . I feel i can benifit from being here and hopfully over a period , can help and assist others .

Thank you Andrea for the lovley welcome and i am sure i will benifit for being here .Just like to say my problems started just before christmas with panic and anxiety attacks which i am still having . i know its one step at a time in dealing with, and overcoming our anxietys ,fear,phobias and troubles. Its nice to know that we are not alone and can share our expierences .
