Shaking and panicking

I posted the other day and had no advice givers unfortunately but I was struggling with tremors, heart palpitations and general unwellness. Here I am not 2 days later feeling shocking again, shaking like crazy and feeling like I need to puke (I've had loose stool but no vomit as yet) heart is racing as it was the previous time. Please please does anybody have any advice or ideas of what could be going on? I'm terrified :(

Both times its lasted a full day though and with a usual panic attack it lasts a few hours tops, plus this feels nothing like any panic attack I've ever had in the past. I'm so stressed I want to go back to the hospital and persist for their help :( I've also been urinating a lot which is very unlike me :weep:

I too am having severe anxiety with shaking and heart flutters, feel afraid, etc
