So, last night I felt fine. I had a little bit of a cough all day, but then at around 10 pm it got a little worse, my throat was so itchy and it wouldn't stop no matter how hard I coughed. I woke up this morning feeling the same itchy throat with a stuffed nose, chills and im a little achey. Because I've been coughing so much my throat burns. I feel completely sick.

Last night I had a full on breakdown about being scared I was going to die, and now I'm scared I have pneumonia or the flu and it'll only get worse.

So my question is how do you as a HA sufferer get past the anxiety when you're actually sick?

I had the flu back in Nov, I was beyond sick. I actually went to the ER to make sure I didn't have pneumonia. I find when I'm actually sick my Ha is more calm. Not sure why. I do feel the unknown affects my Ha greatly. But when I know what's wrong and what I need to do, I am more calm.
