22 year old guy from the U.K looking for advice and support and to also offer advice and support wherever it may be needed. I started suffering from Panic attacks and severe anxiety when I was eleven and it's been on and off ever since. However, It's come back with a vengeance and the last two years have been extremely difficult. I consult with the ever helpful Dr Google far too much and a lot of the time this website would pop up in the search results so I thought that there's no harm in registering and, well, here I am!
