you'd think that I wouldn't forget right? I take more than psych meds so on top of heightened anxiety and being convinced I am breathing my last, I also have heartburn like you wouldn't believe, missed cholesterol pill and fish oil.
so instead of having break through panics I have break through common sense.
I hate these days. Its amazing what 48 hours off meds can do to a human.
