I'll be talking and then all of a sudden I csnt speak. Words won't leave my mouth and I can't think either. I then feel like I can't swallow. This happened for the firSt time in October during my birthday meal and also happened a few times since then. But since then I've been left with this constant worry about talking to people and when I do my speech is all over the place slurring and messing up qords etc. It doesn't happen aw much wheb I speak with my partner though?
