Bubbling/sloshing in upper stomach

This usually happens after I've eaten or drank something, but it's worse than ever lately.
If I breathe in I can hear a bubbling in my stomach. It feels like trapped gas or air, but I can't be sure. It happens regularly now, like an air bubble and always in the same place. Upper left of stomach. Sometimes it hurts.
I always feel bloated and like I need to take a deep breath. Does it sound digestion related? I have been eating a lot of bad food lately as its Christmas.

You've answered your own question at the end there.

You're hearing normal sounds of a busy digestive system. Perhaps you have a touch of IBS and/or reflux, but I can't tell you that. What I do know is you have an anxiety disorder and you've tuned into the normal sounds of the fluids in your digestive tract sloshing about as they do their job, and you've started worrying about it.

Bottom line is, you're fine.
