Throat pain

This is very odd but on occasion when looking left, and swallowing, I get a stabbing pain in my throat around adams apple.

Being that its positional is strange. but I cant make it happen on demand just if I tuck my chin to the left on occasion.

Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through to cause this but anyone ever get this before?

I've had this before! I think mine was from muscle tension

ironically I just ate some potatoe chips and a sandwich and not so much as a twinge.

I hate that nothing is predictable or constant anymore
