Hi Everyone~

My name is Mike. I've lived with panic/anxiety & depression for about 6-7 years now. I know how much it sucks & just wish it would go away. I've come to grips with the fact that it won't & I'm just getting through day to day. I'm not sure what brought me here really. I guess like everyone else I'm just looking for some brighter spots on cloudy days. Feel free to write me any time. I'm always around to lend a hand (or ear) any way I can. Hope you are all well.
