I have struggled with health anxiety for years. This is one of the issues that comes and goes for me and it worries me sick every time. I will suddenly notice that my arm feels sore, it's always the left arm. There is usually one spot that feels like a bruise deep inside (not sore skin). This time it almost feels as if it's the whole muscle still with that one spot being noticeably very sore when pressed. I've done nothing to make my arm sore. This can come on in the snap of a finger and go just as quickly but this time it has lasted weeks and is really getting my anxiety in full flare. I am not worried of heart issues I automatically think it is some sort of cancer. Over the past year I have had two times where I have had swollen lymph nodes in that underarm of the sore arm. They were only there for about three days and then they went away. When I google this (🙄I know I know) nothing comes up except for issues with sore skin. Anyone else have something like this or similar? Also I've had a lot of come and go ache in that arm in the past few weeks. It's mild but sudden and only lasts a few seconds but can occur many times a day.
