It's actually iron storage levels in your body-not the same as haemoglobin. Low ferritin levels can make you prone to anaemia

Oh I see just I had my ferritin levels checked and just wondered why he did that and not my iron levels.

Ferritin is the usual test. There is also serum iron but it's not as important as ferritin
