I'm 28. Doctor thinks I have IBS and I suspect I also have GERD and General Anxiety Disorder. He put me on Lexapro (2 weeks @ 10mg). I also take Tylenol for some pain.
But the most worrying thing right now is I have rib pain that's intermittent and travels around my ribcage. Sometimes it's under my breast, sometimes it's in my side, sometimes it's under or in-between my shoulder blades. When it hurts, it aches enough that I can feel it without moving but if I press on the spot - it hurts a lot. When the pain fades, the tenderness of the region also goes away. Can take 10 minutes or 2 hours to move, but it's never consistent. I'd describe as a low to medium grade ache. Nothing debilitating but highly annoying and worrisome.
Anyone else have something like this? Is it consistent with anxiety pain to move around and come and go?
