This is my first post here. I have a history of health anxiety and I when I have symptoms I catastrophize them and think I have cancer or worst case scenario. I was good for awhile, but now I have a new one.
This started 2 weeks ago and I was getting a constant head rush feeling, like I was being choked. This feeling is not constant right now, but when I am in certain positions I have to move or I feel like I am going to pass out. This happens mostly when I am sitting up on the couch or when I am in bed reading to my kids. It happens when I am laying down sometimes and I have to flip over. It seems there is a relation to pressure on my stomach. I am a y/o 35 female normal weight. any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.
