Ibs or is it something more sinister?

Hi everyone and merry Christmas.

So to cut a long story short I can't eat the stuff I used to be able to as my stomach aches me or I feel the urge to go to the toilets.
It's getting to me a lot and makes me feel like something more sinister Is happening?
When I eat before going to bed I find I feel awful the next day like I'm bagged up and just uncomfortable....if I eat spicy stuff or fatty foods I'll have diarreah and then sometimes will struggle to go. I also get that feeling of needing to go again once having just been.

I'm scared it's colon or stomach cancer and because I'm only 32 no one is taking me seriously enough?

Can anyone relate?

i have pretty the same symptoms and my doctor put it down to IBS, his understudy is looking into it more though because she thinks it may be a gastro problem(i've forgotten the name lol) but that's because i also have issues with eating and digesting food, i'd say its down to IBS because it has the same effect on me x

Don't eat just before bed and try to eat healthier :)
