Hi there, everyone. I'm Sarah, and I am so glad I joined this forum. I hope... I don't really know. That things will get better, I guess. I'm 37, married with 2 kids. I have OCD, panic disorder, generalized anxiety and a tendency toward depression. I'm about to go on a trip with my family; they are all sick (just colds, but illness is one of my OCD triggers) and I'm panicking. I wanted to reach out to people who would understand.
