What can dr's tell from tapping and listening to your lungs and oxygen levels because this feeling that i am breathing too hard (or breathing isn't right) is driving me crazy? I don't know if i am shallow breathing or not. I have tried mindfulness and when they say concentrate on your breathing it feels worse. The feeling is like i have been exercising, i don't gasp for breath. It's not an anxiety attack because it can be there all day and then not there the next day. I have been looking online at private counselling because i can't go on like this anymore.
