Has anyone read any good books about HA or dealing with HA?

hello
the best I`ve come across is called `its not all in your head` by gordon jg asmundson and it takes you through all the various aspects of the condition
it does work but you need to put time aside to do the exercises, and some are quite unsettling, but it worked for me

What kind of exercises?

you immerse yourself in what frightens you, so heart fears are tested by going up and down the stairs to show that a thumping heart doesn`t mean an underlying issue, just that its a pump which reacts both to exercise or stress.
it also challenges reactions to symptoms to you see what is your automatic reaction to feeling dizzy, or short of breath or whatever, then offers possible new thoughts to try

its been a while since I used it but thats the basics, well worth a look
